I agree with Jaqlene, self storage facilities seem to be growing in popularity. I think it all comes down to how much living space people have. Obviously in big cities, the more popular the area, the less space you'll receive and so as an alternative people are turning to self storage. It clearly frees up much needed living space for those in small homes or apartments.
